Overview

This is your vessel if you are the yachtsman who admires traditional lines, high end construction and overall " heading turning " appeal. From the drawing board of the renown Bill Tripp Jr, these boats, like another well known 40 footer, the Hinkley Bermuda, were the cream of the crop in their day.  This Block Island 40 was made for the owner of the builder, Eric Wood of Migrator Yachts, and was the last Block Island 40 to leave the factory.

Extremely Well Kept - Shows Very Well
Centerboard Draft of 4'2" Board Up, Draft 8'10" Board Down

Lots of upgrades and features including Three Blade MaxProp Feathering Prop w/ PYI PSS Dripless Shaft Seal, Solar Panels, Anderson Stainless Winches, New Rigging, Main, Jib Mizzen and Code Zero by Mack Sails in 2019 and more - see specs.
