features two large Queen sized aft cabins with a head/shower and a large bow
berth with a custom mattress and another head/shower. If not needed, one of the
aft cabins can be used for storage of extra sails, bikes, storage containers etc. She comes equipped with custom sheets and bedspreads for all. This boat also features large cedar hanging lockers and special matching wood shelving in each cabin. Once on board you will enjoy wonderful 6'6" interior head room with a spacious bright salon that has seating for 6. All of the cushions were tastefully redone 3 years ago in a lovely beige, long wear, Ultrasuede. You will enjoy the flexible mount 19" flat screen TV, stereo and chart table. This great boat is very well equipped for cruising. Finished wood/fiberglass interior. Fully equipped and ready to go. Both heads are wet rooms for showering, with sump pumps. Ventilation is spectacular with a large hatch over the "V" berth, 2 smaller side facing hatches next, then 2 more hatches facing forward, then 2 more hatches near the chart table and galley facing to the sides, then 2 hatches in the aft cabins facing aft. There are 6 more smaller side hatches, all for ventilation.

Galley
The spotless Galley is aft to port and has every thing needed to make the chef happy whether it an elegant meal or just a quick snack. The spacious galley features beautiful corian counter tops and large double stainless sink. It includes a built in 800 watt microwave, Adler/Barbour freezer unit, Adler/Barbour refrigerator unit that is both front and top loading, propane oven/3 burner stove and an overhead grab rack for dishes and cups. Lots of storage for food and glasses. Most go with the boat!!

All new Raymarine ST-60 Plus electronics in 2007 for depth, speed, wind, GPS and radar, plus a Jensen AM/FM/CD radio and cockpit speakers. The Raymarine HSB Plus LCD radar/scanner/plotter is located just above the chart table. In the cockpit is a Garmin GPSMAP model 498 chartplotter/navigator unit with all built in US coastline charts. Also in 2007 the autopilot up-dated to a Raymarine ST 6002 SmartPilot. Boat comes with numerous charts and ICW waterway chart books, man overboard bag with EPIRB, life ring system with man overboard pole, including strobe, mirror, small sea drogue chute, etc.

Deck and Hull
With a spacious cockpit and comfortable foam cushions you will enjoy not only cruising to you dream destinations you will also enjoy the comfort at anchor. Rum Punch, Any one??

The wheel console features your navigational instruments and fold down cocktail with 2 leaves with a custom canvas cover. Your crew comfort is provided with a rail seat on each side and foam cushions throughout. All canvas was replaced in 2008 including the large bimini, dodger and rain insert between them and sail cover. Boat stern design has an easy access swim platform with integral ladder and hot/cold shower.Flush forward anchor locker with Simpson Lawrence (Lewmar) Anchorman Power 800 windless, 40ft chain and anchor lines for both the 35# plow and 33# Bruce anchors. Keel is lead & bulb/wing type

Engine & Mechanical

1996 VOLVO model MD22L-A, 50 hp diesel engine (1815 hrs) with a high output alternator and a large 3 blade prop. Water maker PUR model MROD_80E-2(not guaranteed for lack of use), Seward S600, 6 gal/110volt/engine water heater, Heart Freedom 1500Watt inverter/battery charger with Link 2000 battery status monitor. Two Battery Banks, each with 2 Trojan T105 lead acid batteries and a separate isolated #24 starting battery. Two large 120 Watt solar panels mounted on the bimini. Shore cable, adapters and TV hookup cables

Spares
Many supplies and spare parts including numerous dock lines and life vests, 2 auto inflate vests with safety straps to connect to the jack line, jack line, rail propane grill, tool box, supply of stainless nuts and bolts, new high output alternator and regulator, macerator pump, hoses, fenders, etc. Most of what you will need for spares.

Sails & rigging

Roller furling 135% genoa and fully battened main with Dutchman Z fold system. Plastic track was added in the mast for easy sail hoisting. Complete running rigging to the cockpit. All four winches are Lewmar 2 way self tailing design. The 2 genoa winches are size 48, the halyard winch is a 44 and the utility winch is a 30. Also included is a stabilizing sail and nylon mast ladder. Main has 2 jiffy reef settings.
