Accommodations
Starting forward is the Master Stateroom with a true queen size berth and ample stowage in drawers and hanging locker. Next aft to starboard is the head with an electric w.c., large vanity, H&C pressure water and shower. Opposite to port is a second stateroom with over and under berths and stowage in drawers and small hanging locker.

Next aft is the salon and galley. This space is surprisingly large for a 31' boat and is well laid out and utilized. To starboard is a U shaped settee and table which will comfortably seat 6-8 people. The table makes down as a filler to form a large double berth for additional guests.

The galley is to port and features ample counter space & stowage, dual voltage Norcold Refridgerator/Freezer, Electric cooktop and panasonic convection microwave. Heat and air conditioning is provided by a 16K BTU Marine Air reverse cycle a/c system with two air handlers (2 zone).

Flying bridge & Aft Cockpit
Stepping out of the Salon/Galley space is a large cockpit with bench type seating and stowage. There is a transom door and ladder to the wide swim platform. A large hatch lifts in the cockpit providing excellent access to the vessels mechanical systems.

Moulded steps provide ease of access to the large flybridge space and helm station. This area can be fully enclosed during inclement weather to provide protection every bit as good as being in the wheelhouse of a larger vessel. There is bench type seating with bin stowage under and a full set of cushions.
