Accommodations
This Catalina 36 has a big comfortable cockpit, a spacious interior with two private cabins. The interior has an aft cabin with a large king size berth and hanging lockers. The owner's cabin is forward with a v-berth and has hanging lockers. There are many drawers, lockers and bins throughout the boat for storage. The main cabin on port side can be arrange with a dinette, "U" shape settee or traditional table as well as converts to a double berth at your option. The two seats and game table to starboard can be made into a settee or quarter berth with the cushions provide. The entertainment center cabinet conceals the TV/VCR when the door is closed. The navigational station has its own desk and seat. The interior has extensive use of teak and has been completely refinished and coated with four coats of hand rubbed poly. Most of the interior fabric has been replaced with original fabric from Catalina.

Brokers Comments
This boat was totally redone in 2002. Parts cost $35,000 and took over 2200 hours of work. The boat is in showroom condition and was surveyed and is insured for 79,500. Every electrical item, wiring and navigational item was replaced and upgraded.
