Overview
ATTRACTIVELY PRICED FOR IMMEDIATE SALE- VERY CLEAN AND TURNKEY WITH SHOAL DRAFT!!
Your first impression of “Wickersham” shows a well maintained and nicely outfitted vessel. Her dark blue hull complimented by a red boot stripe is classic and eye catching, her topsides are impeccably maintained and the non-skid is fresh and secure underfoot. The toe rail is varnished teak and the lifelines are above knee height, which is comforting while both offshore and at the dock. All canvas, sail cover, dodger and bimini top are brand new, as is almost all of the running rigging which runs aft into the cockpit, ideal for short hand sailing but with a cockpit large enough for extra crew while racing or day sailing. For cruising she is equipped with a West Marine 8’ roll up dingy which can either be stored for passage making or hung from her davits over the transom. At the helm is a 32” Stainless steel wheel with a gray leather cover, Edson steering pedestal with a Richie compass and a chart plotter. There is also a new canvas cover for the binnacle to protect the helm and instrumentation. Moving forward under the dodger there are self- tailing winches and clutch breaks on both sides of the companionway allowing you easy control of all aspects of the rig including a two point single line reefing system, perfect for single hand sailing. There are two sets of companionway shutter boards, one with clear glass and a reinforced latch hasp and a second set which have mosquito screens for those nights when anchored in the Islands or Keys. The spare set has a canvas cover for secure storage below decks. Other cockpit features include a new instrumentation panel for the Yanmar low hour diesel and a large port lazaret that will easily hold your fenders, dock lines and even room for your rolled up dingy.

Descriptions
As you enter through the companionway, you will be impressed with the spacious and bright main salon with 6' headroom,a centerline table, an L-shaped settee which pulls out to make a double berth, a single settee opposite and a V-berth forward, all with dark blue velour cushions in excellent condition. Under the bunks and V berth there is more than ample storage for a vessel of her size. Opening port lights and overhead hatches give great ventilation below while underway or for cooking at anchorage. Other features usually reserved for larger vessels includes a stand up chart table to starboard with a chart storage compartment above. In addition, the chart table lifts to access the huge fridge/freezer that makes extended cruising possible. Aft of this is a large quarter berth with storage under and a shelf over which makes an excellent sea berth for overnight passages. Dividing the main salon and the V berth there is a separate head/shower combination with a small sink and a mounted or hand held shower. The cabin sole was just replaced with new teak and holly throughout the entire vessel. Walking below decks aft towards the companion way stairs, there is the nicely laid out galley with a gimbaled 2 burner stove/oven in stainless steel, a microwave, ample counter tops for food preparation and a deep sink with high bar style faucet. Removing the stairs to the cockpit reveals the engine’s sound deadening box with removable top front and side which allows easy access to fuel filter, water pump, engine belts and main strainer making service work easy for the boat owner. Behind the engine there is easy access to both the dripless shaft seal and the batteries, which are new lead acid maintenance free group 27 marine, house and starter batteries, and were replaced in 2015 with a new marine multi charge battery charger for balanced charging at the dock.
