From cockpit you descend to the portside galley. To starboard is the head with vanity, sink, shower, open teak shelving with fiddles, under counter storage and the on-demand propane water heater. Aft of the galley is a comfortable quarter berth (extra long) that is the perfect sea berth. Forward to starboard is the inside steering station with wheel, throttle, chart table, hanging locker, helm seat (excellent visibility) and plenty of teak storage bins. Adjacent to this helm is the swing keel mechanism which is manual hydraulic. Down two steps to the salon with a U-shaped dinette to port (converts to a double berth). Table can be raised to cabin top to afford comfortable seating for eight in the salon with no obstructions. To starboard is a comfortable settee. There is ample storage under and behind both settees. Forward is the private V-style berth with crossed over/under sleeping accommodations. Ample hanging locker and shelf storage to port. Access to chain locker full forward.

Engine & Mechanical
Universal M-40, 32 hp marine diesel was overhauled in 2001 with new FG muffler, exhaust piping, new gaskets, etc. Zinc on prop shaft, Lasdrop shaft seal for no drip. Two fuel filters.
1021 hours on engine. Two Sea water filtered valve control intakes provided.
Electrical system consists of one 105 ah engine starting battery and four 6 volt golf cart batteries in two 12 volt groups. 2000 watt Freedon Marine inverter/ battery charger for the house batteries with Xantrex remote control panel and battery charger for the engine battery installed new 4/20/09. Solar 32 watt charger and Ampair 100 wind generator. Balmar 100 amp engine driven alternator. All charging devices fed through diode isolators to individual battery busses. Battery cables replaced with the appropriate sizes. Separate Guest on/off controls for each battery system and inverter. Four new golf cart 6 volt batteries 3/25/09.

Sails & rigging
New Air Force blue water sails installed in 2001 consisting of Main sail, 135% jib, and a Cruising spinnaker with dousing sock (never flown). Three section telescoping spinnaker pole with fore mast track and car. Boat has only sailed twice with new sails. Mainsail cover was new in 2007. Rotostay headsail furling has new furling line. Kemp spars. Windex mount at mast head aft. Kemp spars. All reefing lines led aft to top of cabin with Cam-locks on each line. Two point slab mainsail reefing.
New items
Powder-coated one piece aluminum window frames with interior trim. Safety glass on forward windows, and 1/4" thick tinted Lexan side windows. Snap on canvas covers on all pilothouse windows.
New galley sink faucet
New head faucet and flexible shower hose.
Wood rub rail replaced with 2 ½ "wide curved heavy white plastic covered with a
stainless steel cap rail.
Screened port mounted in cockpit on side of aft berth for light and ventilation.
All bright work refinished in 2007.
May 2008: Keel assembly removed. New keel lift assembly installed with new
lifting ropes and clamps. Keel assembly resealed to hull.
Manual hydraulic keel lifting pump serviced with new seals.
New ZF-10 transmission was installed on engine with new shift cable.
New mast head anchor light.
New zincs installed on prop shaft and hull May 2010..
Two coats of Trinidad SR bottom paint on hull May 2008.
Freedom Marine 20, 2000 inverter and charger with Xantrex remote .
