Accommodations
Starting forward are oversize v berths in the private guest cabin with ensuite head, hanging locker, ample storage and lots of light and air from two opening ports and a very large overhead hatch with solar vent.
Up to the main cabin with a full beam salon and galley aft configuration. An L shaped settee to port and straight settee to starboard provide plenty of room for lounging and entertaining. A roll out folding dining table sits aft of the port settee, or the original table for the L-shaped dinette can be re-installed. The panoramic view from the large windows forward and on both sides (all replaced in 2004) is unlike any other trawler. Unique sliding windows port and starboard provide extra ventilation and are convenient for loading groceries and gear straight into the boat from tha side boarding gates.
The L-shaped galley aft and to port is right where the cook can enjoy the view and the conversation, too!
To starboard is the companionway to the aft stateroom which features a double berth to stbd and a single berth or daybed to port. A companionway leads up to the cockpit and provides lots of light and air, as do the three ports on each side. There are two huge hanging lockers, lots of drawers and storage spaces. The ensuite head is forward to port and features a walk-in shower.
Behind the companionway steps is a huge lazarette running underneath the cockpit for additional gear storage. The companionway to the pilothouse is from the center aft of the salon. This all weather space features double doors opening aft, a opening window forward, and sliding windows port and starboard for shady comfort when the weather is nice. When the weather is uncooperative close the doors and windows and enjoy the protecion in air conditoned comfort. Aft of the pilothouse is a nice sundeck with overhead bimini, side canvas panels, and steps leading down to the cockpit.
From the cockpit a transom door leads to the swim platform for easy access on and off the boat. Custom dinghy davits are installed on the transom.

Annie B shows as an obviously well-maintained trawler in turnkey conditon. Ths unique yacht combines the sturdy seakindliness of a Monk designed bluewater trawler, the spacious layout of a cockpit motoryacht, and the retro lines of a classic cruiser in an easy living, low maintenance, access friendly package. The many recent upgrades make her a boat you can buy with confidence. The name may say rough, but she is easy to like!
