1980 Albin Trawler, Many Updates!
Yacht price
Overview
The Albin 36 remains to this day, one of the most popular double cabin trawlers ever manufactured. Traditional appearance, practical layout and efficient operation are all attributes that this very popular Albin 36 trawler, "Islander" enjoys. She is able to cruise comfortably all day long at 7 knots burning only 2.2 gph @1850 rpm.
Albin trawlers have always been recognized as a cut above the crowd. Stringers are unusually heavy, deck beams are heavier than most and reduce structural vibration induced by the engine, beam is a relatively wide 13' 2", which increases stability and interior volume/roominess. Her present owners have enjoyed her for the last five years during the seasons in Bahamian and Florida Keys waters and have attended to all maintenance issues and constant upgrades in a willing manner. They have placed this extremely clean and well equipped, self sufficient vessel on the market for another owners enjoyment. She shows very well for a vessel of her age and will not disappoint. No teak decks!!
