1974 Uniflite Water Taxis (Commercial 17 Passengers) .... not one but two boats available!!
Yacht price
Overview
This 1974 Water Taxi was launched in 2001 after conversion. Very economical to run with its diesel power engine (only 1/2 gallon an hour).
A real money maker for full-time Taxi along the inland waterways as well as charter for special events. Vessel seats 16 or 17 passengers with a crew of 1 or 2 according to its' January 2001 USCG Stability Letter. The current 5 year COI is set to expire January 2011. New owner will need to initiate a new 5 year COI and annual inspections with the USCG in their area. Price had been lower accordingly. Also, if the boat or business doesn't require more than 12-13 passengers it maybe setup as single payor charter without a COI.
Great for an existing business or startup. Vessel could also be easy retrofit for another commercial and private purposes.
Owners are very motivated to sell this vessel. This one of a kind type vessel has many possibilities and all offers will be considered. Owner has a second vessel (1982 model) that was in service and it is not currently running this boat requires a total refit. This boat can be included as a packaged deal for an additional cost ($3,900).
