The front compartment stores the super great Code Zero, and you will find on this vessel virtually every option that Lagoon offers, except the water maker which was added shortly after. The easy access on and off the boat with wide steps, and a super sleek looking hydraulic swim platform and rib lift completes this boat to perfection. A simple up and down with a hand control allows you access to a small rib to get about especially if moored or anchored. The salon boasts of a wrap around couch up a level with spacious seating, an adjustable table to coffee level or regular dinner size with a full screen TV that sinks into a cabinet and tucks away when not in use. The outdoors opens to full super wide view across from the main salon into a beautiful couch like seating area full 180 degrees with a full size outdoor fold out table to seat up to 12 or fold and consolidate to seat 6. An outdoor grill, conveniently off the stern, an outdoor fridge and wet bar, a full indoor kitchen, stove, microwave, all the accommodations of home. A favorite always is off the front deck which has another spacious seating area, with convenient cup holders to take in the view and enjoy the luxury of your almost new, low hour, highly maintained to pristine level Lagoon!
The owner with intent for longevity, added a full set of matching dark gray full canvas enclosures around the cockpit and fly bridge to protect from the wind and weather over time. You must take notice of the most exceptional amenity, the installation of the hard acrylic windscreen in front of the bridge that was added to insure clearest vision while navigating making it the most glass like and a real game changer for anyone who has tried to look through regular standard isinglass. This is stellar by comparison and your captain will fall in love with this tremendous add on!!
The 3 roomy state rooms below deck, two are queen and one full size have a great deal of storage compartments with two easy access separate roomy bath/showers on that side of the boat. The master suite is fully equipped with another oversized queen bed, walk in closet, cozy couch, leather top desk, bookshelves and full bath two sinks and complete shower with two separate counter spaces parallel to each other down the long hall. To bring the total sleeping capacity for sailing families to 5 beds, and 4 baths complete, the front fore peaks are built out to accommodate another full size bed and lovely forefront bathroom/shower. The design is unique and like everything Lagoon does, tremendously spacious. The feeling of space for the size is what drew the owners to this Cat and will win you over as well. The Fly bridge not only offers spectacular viewing capabilities yet serves as a favorite place to take the helm and command travel. It affords wide seating across the command center, yet additionally seating behind this space with lounges that alternate position from upright seating to lying flat down contouring to a King size cushioned configuration lending to a sleep area. The previous owners always thought it could be counted as even another sleeping quarters if unexpected guests arrived and the needed extra guest room for their children presented itself. It's really spectacular! Installing the blackout canvas additionally made for such chance of privacy although time and limited use never afforded that point in the limited travel. As time passed, after covid, the owners children resumed to the work force, and their ability to sail was limited. We would like to share with you a most amazing Catamaran, that although the owners are sad to part with their sailing loft but know you will instantly fall in love and find this boat to be immensely accommodating!

Additional Information

Manufacturer Provided Description:
This new boat is the perfect compromise between the emblematic 450 model and the 52. She offers an attractive option to navigators in search of a large "seaworthy and modern" owner's boat. With her new visual identity, rigging and hull design, she provides increased performance, comprising a unique brand signature. Indeed, the 50's elegance seduces thanks to the beveled shape of her hulls, generous volumes and panoramic views, more than ever enhanced. With unparalleled accommodation possibilities, this new model is available in three, four or even... six cabins!
A flybridge with two secure accesses and a helm station provides perfect visibility. And behind the helm station, a huge modular recreation area conceals a storage area large enough to store all the cushions.
A large open cockpit facing out to sea, large stern skirts enable easy access to the boat and a large modular dining area with removable bench seats to welcome children and adults alike.
A second cockpit for further enjoyment of the foredeck with dual function: seating or deck chair position, flush with the forward trampoline.
Vast storage space under most of the cockpit and flybridge seats.
The spaciously designed layout reveals innovative architecture where every detail has been planned to create a warm, homely atmosphere. The design enables anyone to choose their desired accommodation layout, with three, four, five or even six cabins!
An innovative saloon concept on two levels, providing two separate but communicating areas: a large galley that opens onto the cockpit on one side, and a slightly elevated lounge area for enhanced panoramic vision, which can easily be turned into a dining area if needed.
An innovative interior design, with a new, elegant and elaborate wood finish to be customized for the owner.
Remarkable communication between the interior and the exterior: the central panoramic windscreen is retractable, which is ideal for ventilation of both the saloon and the cockpit. This enables interaction with the forward area.

Outstanding natural light in the aft cabins, fitted with panoramic glazing and large hull portholes in the showers and bathrooms.
Volume and comfort in the hulls with particular attention to storage space: cabins with Island bed berths forward and aft, large storage volumes, hanging lockers, and open bookcases.
Large fresh and black water tanks located under the floorboards, thus providing considerable space. A grey water tank is optional in order to comply with environmental standards.
The decision to position the mast step further aft, which stems directly from VPLP's experience in competitive sailing, provides this catamaran with multiple advantages: A self-tacking jib for simplified maneuvers.
A large forward triangle for a wider choice of downwind sails: a guaranty of performance,
A shorter boom for easier maneuvers.
A main sail, with a high aspect ratio, enabling the capture of better airflow in the upper parts of the sail for optimized performance.
The re-centering of weight, thanks to aft positioning of rigging, considerably reduces the boat's pitch.

Owner added upgrades since purchase:
Solara solar panels
KVH receiver system
Siren Marine security system
Additional Fusion speakers in the bow
Canvas around the cockpit
Canvas around the bridge
Hard Plexiglass windscreen in the bridge
Custom bedding including waterproof bags on all beds, sheets, pillows and comforters
Return fuel line intercoolers
