Overview

The Gemini is one of the most popular coastal cruising catamarans ever produced.  Her 14 foot beam allows her to be docked in a normal slip while her 18 inch draw allows you sail thru some very shallow depths as well gunk hole in well protected anchorages.  The Gemini has great accommodations with light and airy spaces and good sailing performance all at an affordable price. It is the ideal boat for a couple or small family.  The Gemini 105 MC has an efficient hull shape, trusted kick up centerboards and rudders. Centerboards increase the upwind draft to 5.5 feet enabling the Gemini to have good performance both on and off the wind.

Additional Disclosures by Seller

Although the boat has been sailed quite a lot all the major systems are working.  An exception is the Raymarine Autopilot.  The electronic part of the Autohelm seems to be functioning but the clutch for the wheel steering needs to be replaced or repaired.

Another problem is sun and salt water damage to the Lexan windows which are all fogged and will need replacing.

The starboard bulkhead between the main saloon and forward cabin is compromised and will need to be replaced.  This damage was caused by water leak somewhere on the starboard deck of cabin roof which has seemed to stopped leaking the past year or so.

A couple of stanctions on both hull sides were compromised and needing replacements.
