VESSEL WALK THROUGH

As you approach  well-maintained 2002 Hunter 450 Passage you will notice the transom with its easy access molded-in steps and swim platform with telescoping swim ladder, shower, and large storage lockers.

The aft deck has plenty of room to grill on the propane grill located on the port side - next to a out board engine block and tackle. On the starboard side is a carriage for the vessel life raft (the raft needs to be certified).

Heading forward and entering the covered cushion center cockpit with the new 2023 Bimini (Dodger below deck) you realize how much space this cockpit has. The centered located helm has a 2023 B&G navigation system which includes: A Vulcan 12 Chart plotter - located in a Navpod water resistance pod , WS310 Wind sensor, 2 Triton displays, Halo 20+ Radar and DST -820 Speed/Depth Temp sensor ( needs to be installed).

The sailing trimming winches are Lewmar # 48's and the running rigging winches are Lewmar # 44. No need to leave the cockpit with all lines leading back to it.

The furling in mast main sail was replaced in 2020 and is in great condition and the 2023 110% furling genoa is still in its bag.

The ground tackle consists of 45 lbs. plow anchor, abundance of rode and an Horizon 1500 electric windlass.

The deck, stanchions, lifelines, and hatches are in very good condition.

Heading down below on the curved staircase the spaciousness of this vessel becomes apparent.  To the port side is the galley with plenty of cabinetry and storage compartments. It offer a front and top loading refrigerator with a separate freezer compartment.

Food preparation is a breeze with the stainless-steel sink with the cutting board cover and Corian counters. A microwave and a gimballed 3 burner force 10 propane stove with oven provides multitudes of cooking options.

Turning towards the salon there is a long settee on the port side and an oval table on the other side. Heading into the forward cabin on the starboard side is a pullman double size berth with storage under it and to the port ample storage.

Continuing forward there is the first of two heads. This head is a manual operated.

Moving back though the salon to the starboard side is the chart/ Nav station this is at the entrance of the passageway back to the aft cabin. In the passageway is one of two access panels to the engine compartment where the Yanmar 76 hps diesel engine - with less than 2,200 hours on it, resides along with the 8kw Kohler generator with approximately 1,380 hours.

Behind the chart table is the aft head with a door leading into it from both the passageway and the aft cabin.  It has a separate vanity and an electric freshwater flush toilet.

The roomy aft cabin has a full queen berth. The mattress was replaced in 2022. The ensuite shower is shower and small tub combination.
