Beautiful hi-lo table that converts to a double berth and L-shaped galley. Aft and down three steps to the master stateroom with walk-around queen berth with newer mattress, 9' of hanging lockers on the port side, 8' of drawers and storage lockers on the starboard side, two opening windows with screens, opening Bowmar hatch with screen and ensuite head with vanity, sink, electric toilet, stall shower and opening portlight with screen. Gorgeous teak interior and teak and holly cabin soles are in excellent condition.

MARY LISA is an exceptionally well maintained 2000 Monk 36 with newer electronics and newer upholstery throughout! She was built in Nova Scotia without generator or air which was added in December 2014. In 2018 Florida Bow Thursters added a Stern Thruster to compliment the Vetus Bow Thruster and installed Joy Stick controls at both upper and lower helms.  Everything aboard MARY LISA is in like new condition with gleaming woodwork within and beautiful exterior shine.

She's was hauled in February 2020 for Fresh Bottom Job (Interlux Extra) and Detailing at Cracker Boy Yard in Fort Pierce, Florida and now presently berthed and easy to see at the well protected Telemar Bay Marina in Melbourne, FL.
