Accommodations:

The interior of this boat has an overall comfort feeling to it, with its ample light and airiness. The 6'5" headroom 14' beam creates a roomy comfortable space large enough to handle the crew but intimate enough for two people. Entertaining is gracious in the open salon which incorporates a TV, Stereo. Twin, comfortable, seats and a convertible cocktail table are located to starboard and comfortable L-shaped dinette area to port.

Freedom Reigns has a large Nav-Station which contains plenty of space for electronics, charts and navigation gear. Storage is plentiful throughout as is the natural light and ventilation.

The forward master cabin has a comfortable queen-size island queen- size bed and separate en-suite head, vanity sink and separate full shower The innovative forward head arrangement splits the head and shower so both can be used at the same time.

Twin, cedar-lined hanging lockers, drawers and shelves ensure ample storage in this area. A large U-shaped Galley is located immediately aft of the dinette, to port, and contains large dual-opening freezer and refrigerator a propane three burner stove and oven combo plus a microwave that will make dinners a joy to make and a centrally located island sink to make clean-up a snap

Storage for everything is close to hand, including a large recessed trash receptacle. Aft, are two comfortable guest cabins with separate head and shower to starboard, immediately behind the Nav-Station.

Electronics

Freedom Reigns has a full suite of electronics:Ray Marine radar installed in 2012;GPS/Chart Plotter Ray Marine C125 installed in 2013 with a Gold Pack -full library of charts for the coastal United States and the Bahamas; 2-2000 ICOM VHFs; Ray Marine Autopilot with chain drive.

The cabin has a Sceptre LED TV and a 6 speaker Kenwood Stereo.

And for safety an ACR AquaFit 406 EPIRB is included.

Sails & Rigging

A new furling main was installed in 2013; The furling Genoa is 110%

The standing rigging was replace in 2012 and the running rigging - with the exception of the jib sheets, where updated between 2012 -2014.

Engine, Generator and Electrical

The engine is original. Its a Yarmar 75 and has 2.300 hrs. and the generator is a Northern Lights 6.5kW and has 2122 hours on it.

The engine drive motor and autopilot, shaft,line cutter and stuffing box replaced in 2012.

There are a total of five batteries on board: 1 for the engine starter, charged by it's own solar panel, and 4 house batteries. They are Trojans 12V and installed in 2012.

Battery charge on the engine and additional 2 solar panels keeps batteries topped off.

Freedom Reigns is in good condition. The owner has lived aboard the vessel for over two years and have sailed and maintained the boat. The standing and running rigging has been updated. The mechanical are in excellent condition. The boat is a pleasure to sail. It is a perfect boat for a weekend cruiser who takes an abundance of crew and/or a live aboard.

The owner has taken on a new career and is moving. He is very motivated to sell the boat.
