2000 Corinthian Power Cat
Yacht price
Overview
This Corinthian power cat is a strong, stable, roomy boat with 6'6" standing headroom perfect for a handy cruiser who loves a bargain. Corinthian has long built very solid, almost bullet proof multihulls designed to withstand the rigors of hard commercial service. The original owner, a talented woodworker, bought her unfinished and started to build beautiful, light colored solid wood custom cabinetry with gorgeous caned inserts for ventilation. Unfortunately, he became ill and passed away before he could complete his dream. His wife has lived aboard for a few more years. She has recently moved ashore and is ready to transfer ownership to fulfill someone else's dream. The boat is ready to move aboard and start cruising now, polishing the gem along the way.Specifications

Accomodations
A full height centerline door opens from the cockpit to the main saloon. The saloon is the full width of the boat and has a full 6'6" standing headroom. Except for the galley, the sette with built in table and some cabinetry, the saloon is wide open and ready for furnishing.
Directly ahead is the lower helm flanked by entry to a cabin on each side. To starboard are custom built cabinets and open space perfect for chairs or a couch. Further aft is the galley. Directly across is the entrance to the very large main head and shower. Immediately forward of the head is an L shaped settee with built in table. Next forward to port, just aft of the port stateroom is a built in desk/office convenient to the lower helm. Under the saloon deck in each pontoon is a large unfinished storage space accessed through removable panels in the saloon deck.
3 steps down and forward on the port side is a large double stateroom with en suite head and shower. Inboard are several shelves and cubby holes for storage. Forward of the berth on the bulkhead is a full size mirror which swings open for access to a large storage space under the foredeck. The starboard stateroom is a mirror image except that in place of the head is a beautiful custom wood full height hanging locker.

Brokers Comments
This boat is really solid but needs some work. Interior needs cleaning and redecorating. One of the front windows needs the glass replaced and she needs doors or curtains to separate the living areas. She needs new electronics. She should, however, be ready to move as soon as the cleaning is done and the new owner moves aboard.
