June 2023 Update: Seller just put another $30,000 in the boat.

Motivated seller purchased the boat last year and used it one time before deciding he wanted a smaller boat. The survey conducted by Jeff Haun in 2022 is available upon request along with the receipts from Marathon Diesel for the complete rebuild of both engines completed in October of 2018. The survey was conducted in 2022 and the boat was rated to be in excellent condition with an estimated value of $235,500.  The replacement value was estimated to be $685,500. The receipts for the rebuild of the two Yanmars and purchase of the new generator came to $69,000 alone. The current owner continued to invest this year by completing a full bottom job, replacing one of the turbos, replacing the batteries, and installing a new custom bimini. The boat was just given a full detail inside and out and is a must see. The boat was listed earlier this year at $230,000 but was recently reduced to $210,000 because the owner wants a quick sale. "Papi" received a major refit in 2020. Her hull was built in 1999. She is a world renowned cruising power catamaran built in Australia. Designed from her semi-displacement hull up, she was built for speed and fuel economy while remaining luxurious and comfortable. She boasts characteristics of elegance throughout her interior.
