Interior Layout
The salon is accessed via sliding glass door, protected with ample overhang providing excellent weather keeping. The salon includes varnished teak parque flooring, with lift out engine room hatches. To port is a wrap-around leatherette couch which is in excellent condition. The high/low teak table with wings provides casual table use or for dining. The starboard side of the salon includes two new teak folding chairs, with a tambour door enclosed general storage cabinet, on top of which is mounted a large, new LCD Television.  Below the helm seat immediately adjacent is an ice-maker. The newly recovered helm seat is forward and the helm is afforded and exceptional range of vision through the large windshield and large salon windows. The vessel is easily handled from the lower helm. The main engine instruments are at a perfect height above the helm, such that when seated at the helm the visual angle is perfect.  The Garmin Chartplotter is bright, with no screen fade, and together with the Simrad autopilot, provides exceptional navigational aid. The bow thruster controller is also located adjacent to helm, as are the trim tab controls.(See helm photos).  Moving forward to port is the up galley, including a tremendous amount of same level counter space, perfect for entertaining and meal preparation. There is a below counter refrigerator, as well as a large sink, stove top, and large sink. The design makes excellent use of the U shape galley layout, one of the highlights of this vessel. Much more utility than most vessels of this size.  Down three steps is the companionway forward. To port is the VIP stateroom, which includes two separate berths, with closet and additional storage. The bunks are sufficiently long to accomodate adults. To starboard is the large head, including separate shower, a great improvement over a wet-head configuration. The bifold glass door contains the moisture to the shower itself quite well. The head is an electric model, recently updated.  Forward on centerline is the master stateroom, with an island queen size berth, a new flat screen TV and over-sized closet. The master state room has good privacy and excellent overall storage spaces for extended trips. All lighting has been updated, and the bedding is of the highest quality.  

Helm Equipment
The flybridge helm area is equipped with two helm seats, with brand new cushions, which provide excellent instrument visuals. The seating behind the helm seats has just been recovered and was redesigned for greater comfort and visibility for passengers. The photos reflect the very large cushions.  Instruments are duplicated from the enclosed helm, and also include a new Garmin 2412 Chartplotter and sounder. Also included at the helm are a VHF radio with hailer, Garmin radar, Simrad Autopilot, and switch panel to control topside functions. Both trim tab and bow thruster controls are also provided. The audio system has also been upgraded. The helm area includes a large amount of storage both under the helm itself, as well as under the passenger seating. An aft deck is provided with folding deck chairs, facing aft. 

Additional Equipment
The boat is equipped with a TNT hydraulic platform lift with chocks for dinghy storage. This unit works well. The cockpit includes a plumbed shower.  All handrails and bridge ladder are of high quality polished stainless finish.  The Instrument bridge over the upper deck is hinged for accommodation of low clearance locations. It includes wired speakers and bridge lighting fixtures.  The bow deck includes an anchor pulpit, with chain rode, an anchor windlass which works well, and a washdown fixture immediately adjacent the plow anchor.
