Accommodations

As you come through the double sliding doors from the cock pit into the main salon, you can tell how well she has been taken care of. The L-shaped dining area around the table has lots of room to the port side. To starboard you have storage and another chair. Above the pass through from the galley to the main salon is a nice size flat TV. Moving forward to the starboard side is the lower helm with a nice electronics package. To the port side is the galley which is nicely equipped with propane stove and oven, microwave, Norcold fridge and freezer 12 volt/ 120 volt and plenty of storage. Moving forward down 3 steps, the guest cabin is to port and has a hanging locker, night stand and 2 bunks. The head is to starboard with a tub/shower. Moving forward again, you move into the master state room with a queen bed and private entrance to the head. And lots of storage, and a hanging locker. Don't put this one off very long it will be gone soon.

This is a very well cared for 38' Marine Trader Sedan. Just completed a 2 year cruise, including " The Loop", With extended time in Canada. It is nicely equipped and ready to go again. With it's fuel sipping Lehman 135hp engine, it has great range and is very economical. She is also equipped with 3 Racor filters with vacuum gauge and fuel polishing pump. The bow thruster makes docking her a breeze no matter how tight.The Raytheon MFD is loaded with US and Canadian charts making navigation less of a challenge. The Onan 4 KW diesel generator provides the power when needed wherever you are. Making good use of the reverse cycle A/C and heat.There are 2 anchors, CQR and Danforth on 100' of chain with a windless. The 10' dinghy comes along for the ride as well. The maintenance record for the past 5 years is available also. This boat is ready for a new owner and a lot more adventures.
