Descriptions
The 13+' beam in the Offshore 40 is ideally suited for extended periods of living aboard. She can sleep 7 in 2 cabins and the convertible salon settees. Tasteful teak paneling and teak and holly sole throughout.
The master stateroom is aft with a large, comfortable centerline queen berth, a large cedar-lined hanging locker, generous storage space, an overhead hatch, two opening ports, a private entrance to the head plus a privacy door to the salon.
The head is aft to port and can be accessed from the master stateroom or the salon. It features a marine toilet, vanity with sink, a separate stall shower complete with a teak shower seat, curtain and bulkhead mounted shower unit, and opening port plus storage for toiletries.
The salon is mid ship with port and starboard facing settees (starboard settee makes into a berth to sleep two, port settee sleeps 1, there is a teak cocktail table and a teak dining table which are both removable, storage rack, and a full size nav station with chart storage, VHF, just forward of the head
The galley is amid ship to starboard with double (deep) stainless steel sinks, a new three burner propane stove with oven, Microwave, Cold plate refrigeration with lots of storage lockers and cabinets for food and dishes.
Engine / Generator access is good with removable panels on both sides plus behind the companionway steps.
The forward stateroom features a V berth, hanging locker, storage and ensuited sink.
The vessel has a teak and holly sole, beautiful teak paneling, newer upholstery, helo fans, 6'4" headroom, three overhatches and 8 opening ports. The interior of this vessel has new LED lights throughout, shows very little use and is free from diesel or head odors found on many boats.
