Descriptions
The Ocean Alexander Tri-Cabin is probably the best layout of any trawler you will find.
She has a huge Master Stateroom with an en-suite Head complete with a small bathtub/shower. This vessel wood work has been upgraded to a beautiful mixture of maple tongue and groove on the bulkheads and teak trim and accents in the master and two guest cabins. It brightens up those cabins and makes it feel larger. There is a center-line queen bed, a large hanging locker forward on the port side, and a full length mirror to starboard on the forward bulk head. There is ample storage in the bureau on either side of the cabin. Forward to starboard is the Master Cabin Head complete with a vanity, a Raritan Electric full sized toilet and a separate shower with a small bathtub. Forward of the salon you will find a bulkhead right down the center-line of the boat after you come down the 3 steps to the forward cabins. To the Starboard is an elevated double berth with plenty of drawers and storage below. On the Port Side is an almost carbon copy of the Starboard guest room with a double berth with ample storage. Each cabin has a 6 drawer bureau and a pair of sliding louvered doors with shelves. All the way forward in the bow is a small head w/o shower to be shared by occupants of the dual double state rooms. The salon in the Ocean Alexander 43 is a "Trunk" or "Classic" type lay out with the Galley in the Salon. The main salon is a very large open concept room. It has two entrances, port aft and star board next to the inside helm station. The large galley is up in this salon and has ample counter space, a 3 burner electric Princess Stove, a very large front loading refrigerator, Microwave and a very large A/C separate freezer. Across from the galley is a leather upholstered "L" shaped settee and movable table with fold down leaves. Windows are all around and the visibility is excellent. This results in the Salon feeling open and bright and the cook will love being able to see out over the water.

Broker Comments
The boat will require most of the exterior deck and topside wood work to be refinished. For example the Bare Teak Hand and Toe Rails will need cleaning and refinished. Varnished Teak Trim around Fly Bridge and Cabin Windows will need to be re-varnished. Teak Pulpit needs rebuilding.
Interior wood work is in good condition. Master and Guest Cabins were professional remodeled with new wood however a small area in a guest cabin needs refinishing. Center Cabin has original woodwork and is in good condition except for some water staining at the bottom of the forward windows like most Trawlers of this vintage.
At least two of the large center cabin windows have some cracks as to be expected.
Generator runs and starts great but will not pull it rated KW to run the vessel's two AC units.
On the last survey done December 2017, the vessel's two Iron Fuel Tanks were checked out to be in good condition.
Forward Head Shower has been put out of service due to the bow thruster under the floor.
Last Bottom Job is unknown, Bottom Cleaner is estimating December 2016,
