Descriptions
Entering and down the companionway you enter a warm classic surroundings. The full size chart table with cushioned bench seat provides plenty of room for full charts and can double as a laptop workstation.
Heading forward on the port side is a full length lounge that double as a single berth and the back cushion is attached to a solid platform that can be raised - providing cover for the storage area behind and cushioned platform can be raised and secured for an additional berth; creating a bunk bed effect in the main salon. The same is true of the lounge/ berth on the starboard side of the salon.
In the center of the salon is a winged table. The middle section of the table has deep storage that creates an ideal place for wine and spirits bottles.
From the vantage point looking right you'll see the galley with the three burn/ oven, a refrigeration/ freezer compartment and the Corian counters with a deep double sink arrangement.
Taking the teak line passageway to the aft cabin you enter a very room large double berth arrangement with an abundance of storage and an en-suite head and separate shower stall.
Going forward through the salon leads to the forward head and v - berth cabin.

Broker Notes:
The owners have enjoyed and lovely cared for "Lost Unicorn" for over 30 years.
They have ventured throughout the Caribbean on her. It was a freshwater boat (which meant every winter the boat was up on the hard) until 2005 when the owners brought her to Southwest Florida and docked this classic lady behind their home on the Caloosahatchee River - which is freshwater. The hull is in great condition and the bilge is very dry.
The sails are in fine condition and the engine has only 60 hrs. on it; the "bones" of this vessel are very strong.
