Descriptions
Entering and proceeding down the companionway you enter an excellently cared for warm classic surroundings that you would expect to find on a Hallberg- Rassey - one of the worlds ten top manufacturers of fine sailboats. With the addition in 2019 of air conditioning, clear port lights, new heads, re-plumbed galley with 12V refrigerator and 3 burner force 10 stove/oven makes living aboard easy.
To the port side is a separate chart and navigational center with storage that can accommodate a set of paper charts. The chart table can easily double as a laptop desk/office. A perfect spot if you are tele- commuting for work.
On the port side is a full-length lounge that doubles as a single berth and the back cushion is attached to a solid platform and can be raised and secured for an additional berth, the same is true of the settee sitting area.
In the center of the salon is a winged table with a middle section of the table that has deep storage; an ideal sport for wine and spirits.
Forward is a head, with a new toilet and shower sump. Pass it leads you into the forward V berth.
The galley is nicely position to the starboard side of the companionway with the Corian counter top refrigeration/freezer compartment and double deep sinks and ample drawer and cabinet storage.
Leading back thru the pass-away is a large counter on the side with a double door entrance to a large engine compartment that has a Volvo 55hp engine that was install in 2014 and only has 154 hours. The area is uncluttered and make servicing the mechanical's easy.
The master aft cabin has an abundance of storage, a V berth arrangement and an ensuite head and shower.

Broker Notes
I just sailed this beautiful vessel. The current owner has upgraded all the running rigging. and brought all the control lines back to the cockpit. The boat in 2018 was taken out, put on the hard left to dry out, blisters were addressed and fiberglassed, two barrier coats and 1 high quality paint was applied. all the thru hulls were inspected and were replaced where needed.
The new air-conditioning in 2019 makes the cabin an enjoyable and comfortable place to be. The engine compartment is large enough to make servicing the engine easy.
The engine with only 154 hours on is a big upgrade!
The over condition of this 1977 vessel is above average and worth you time to see it if you are looking for a classic and/or a blue water sailing vessel to live aboard and travel the world..
