Descriptions

Walkthrough

Boarding DEAR HENRI is via the swim platform on a floating dock or the port or starboard hinged gates on a fixed dock.

The Aft Deck is huge and has plenty of room for a buyer supplied free standing table and deck chairs.

Wide walk around side decks lead forward, curved teak steps lead to the Flybridge. A large double pane sliding door leads to the yacht's interior.

The Salon has a leather tile sole and is wide open to include a service bar to starboard, a table to port with two upholstered chairs and a large seating group to port. Forward is a TV and bookshelves.

Continuing forward to starboard are stairs to below, stairs to the Pilothouse and next forward a proper dining room with an oval table six chairs and a large TV.
Off the Dining Room are both a Day Head and an Office. Further forward is the Galley, a crew dinette and access to the Crew Area. The Crew Area has three cabins and three heads.

The Lower Cabin area has a large Companionway at the bottom of the stairs with a king size Master aft with His and Her Heads, port and starboard twin cabins with ensuite heads and a VIP Cabin forward with a double and single berth and an ensuite head.



Salon

Entered via a stainless steel trimmed sliding door the Salon has a large open feeling. Leather tiles are on the sole. Immediately to starboard is a walk behind service bar. Cabinets enclose a Vitrifrigo drink fridge and an Isotherm icemaker. Additional cabinets and hinged top that reveal a stainless steel bar sink to complete the bar.

To port is a small table and two upholstered chairs. Next forward is a built in U shaped seven cushion sofa to seat six. A three cushion sofa is opposite with a cocktail table between.

The forward bulkhead is lined with eight large fiddled bookshelves and a centered 42" Samsung TV, a Bose Lifestyle stereo, an HD Direct TV and a Blue Ray player. A series of cabinets, some with drawers within line the starboard side of the Salon. Five panel port and starboard house side windows with wood mini blinds offer plenty of ambient lighting

 



Main Companionway

Via a Pantograph starboard side deck door the entrance area has leather tile soles aft to the Salon, forward to the Dining Room. Inboard are steps to the Pilothouse and steps to the cabins below.



Dining Salon

Next forward is the formal Dining Room with a highly varnished oval wood table, six leather chairs and a 65" Samsung TV on the aft bulkhead, 18 burlwood cabinets surround the table offering great storage for dinnerware and accessories. A ceiling detail above mimics the table shape, overhead are 20 lights. Side windows with wood mini blinds offer great ambient lighting. The sole is leather tiles.

Aft is an entrance to the portside deck, a wine cooler, secondary steps to the Pilothouse and a Day Head with a wood sole, Tecma toilet, marble vanity top with an under mount sink, ample storage and house side windows with curtains.

Next forward to port accessed only from the Dining Area is a cozy office with a built in settee, desk ample storage, side windows with wood mini blinds and ample burlwood storage cabinets. Overhead are four halogen mini spots. The sole is leather tiles.



Galley

The Galley is next forward with a wood sole, starboard side deck Pantograph door and mini blinds on the house side windows.

Crew Area

The Crew Area consists of three ensuite cabins as follows:

At the base of the stairs to port is the captain's cabin with a single berth cabin with porthole reading light, bilge alarm and voltage panel, a hanging locker and cabinet storage.

The ensuite head has a Tecma toilet, vanity with sink, a wet shower and an opening porthole.

To starboard is an over under twin bed cabin with a hanging locker, cabinet storage, an opening porthole and an ensuite head with wet shower, Tecma toilet and a vanity with sink.

Up two steps to a laundry room with a small washer and a separate dryer.

All the way forward is a large crew cabin with twin berths across the beam. The area has a hanging locker, steps to the emergency access deck hatch, opening portholes, reading lights and lots of storage.

Within the cabin is a head with a Tecma toilet, vanity, wet shower and an opening porthole.

The Crew Area sole is teak and holly.



Pilothouse

Being a raised Pilothouse design the area offers good visibility.

The helm is centerline with a wood wheel and swivel helm chair.

Accommodation Foyer

Down nine curved carpeted steps to the Accommodation Foyer. Surprisingly large there are silk panels with burl steps between. This effect is repeated throughout the lower level cabins. A two door stewardess locker is forward to port.

The VIP Cabin door is forward and the Master is aft. Between are the two guest cabins, all ensuite. The sole is carpeted and overhead are six halogen mini spots.



Master Cabin

Entered from the forward end is the full beam Master Cabin with three cabinets and a mirror immediately upon entering.

On the aft bulkhead is a king size berth with the five mirrored panels above. Each side has a small curved nightstand and a swing arm reading light above. Flanking the berth are His and Her Head entry doors.

To starboard starting forward is a large walk in wardrobe with a vanity centered with a hinged top and stool. Either side are four drawers with six cabinets above. Two opening oval stainless steel portholes are with weather covers above, wide wood blinds cover the portholes.

To port is a two person settee and a bank of eight drawers aft. A hidden four shelf linen locker is forward of the settee.



His Head

The portside Head has a wood sole, vanity with a cabinet and three drawers with an undermount China sink beneath or marble countertop.

Mirrors are above the sink with a medicine cabinet and large opening porthole outboard, with weather cover.

A Tecma head and matching bidet is located under the porthole.



Her Head

Larger in size, on the starboard side is the ladies head with all the same features as the His Head except it has a lager vanity with more countertop and cabinet storage plus twin mirrored medicine cabinets.



Shower

Centerline is a 5' wide shower with a bench, teak granite sole, rain type overhead fixture, handheld or wall mounted spray and controls for the stream shower. Lexan bifold doors are port and starboard.



Portside Guest Cabin

Entered from the forward end are twin berths separated by a two drawer nightstand. Fabric panels surround the two berths. A swing arm lamp is above the nightstand and window pane style mirrors are above each berth.

Outboard are two opening portholes with weather covers, wood blinds and a series of five burlwood cabinets. A full size hanging locker is at the base of the outboard berth.

Overhead are five halogen mini spots. The sole is carpeted and access to the ensuite head is forward.

Entered from the aft end of this cabin is full beam and has both a double and a twin on the outboard bulkheads. The single is to starboard and the large double to port.

Each berth has a curved nightstand on the inboard side with a swing arm lamp above.

Above each berth are padded panels and five burlwood cabinets. Above the cabinets are two large oval stainless steel portholes with weather covers and wood blinds.

At the foot of each berth is a hanging locker. Between the berths is a huge curved three door hanging locker.

Next to the head entrance is a four shelf linen locker.

Above are 18 halogen mini spots. The sole is carpeted.



VIP Head

The sole is wood and the painted vanity has two cabinet doors below, a marble top with an undermount china sink.

The Tecma toilet has a matching bidet. Above are three cabinets and an opening porthole with weather cover.

Main Engine Notes

July 2020 the following work was performed:
1) Boroscope all 24 cylinders
2) Overhaul 24 cylinder heads
3) Replaced connecting rod bearings from 7 cylinders
4) Replaced piston rings from 7 cylinder liners
5) Reconditioned/replaced 7 damaged cylinder liners
6) Inspected/cleaned 24 pistons and main bearings
7) Tested all 24 injectors
8) Renewed all gaskets and seals
9) Install new fuel lines
10) Changed all fluids and filters
11) Sea trialed vessel

The above work includes a detailed invoice with all parts used and all internal engine measurements which was used as a guide for replacement of parts as dictated by MTU.

Air conditioning service August 2020
1) All air handlers removed from boat for pressure testing
2) All air handlers replaced
3) Chillers (2) tested and serviced
4) New chilled water pump and relay
5) New rack for chiller units
This service includes a detailed invoice with photos cost approx. $20,000.00
