For those who need a home office, just aft of the galley is a large office which includes generous work space and built in cabinetry. Forward of the galley is the U-shaped Settee with seating for 8. When you first step aboard CAFE LATTE 1 the open layout is inviting and comfortable. With generous headroom, lighting and ventilation it is easy to imagine being anchored in a secluded harbor and feeling at home. Wood work, sole and upholstery show little use. A new owner may want to upgrade the electronics and add an autopilot, but little else is needed. Sellers plan has changed, therefore will consider all written offers.
