Overview

A proven world cruiser designed by renowned South African yacht designer Dudley Dix.  Skebenga is a steel hulled cutter rig registered in 1998 then launched in 2006 after completion.  The owners have logged over 40,000 miles since setting out on their world journey in 2007 and recently arrived in Florida from the Caribbean.  She's powered by a Yanmar 75 hp diesel with nice sail inventory including Asymmetrical Spinnaker.  Cruise Equipped with Windvane, Fisher Panda Genset, Solar Panels, 600 aH Gel Battery Bank, SSB, HRO Water Maker, Washing Machine, Diesel Heat and more.

Steel

Insulation: Hull and deck insulation is 50mm panels Polystyrene

Exterior Coating: Sandblasted to white metal - Zinc rich epoxy primer. 3x coats high build epoxy. Top Coat: International, Perfection 2 part Polyurethane.

Deck:  Same as above.  Top coat: Stoncor 2 part Polyurethane

Interior plating:  Sandblasted - Zinc rich epoxy tar. Bilge areas painted with ceramic epoxy coating.
