 "Pura Vida" has low hours and is an extremely well maintained one owner boat with gel coat that shines like new. Both AC's have recently been replaced with the newer "Turbo Vector" units that are more efficient.  The HUNTER 456 is the center cockpit long range cruiser that's fast and safe for passage making.  Her large, dry and comfortable cockpit offers excellent visibility. Sail handling is a “snap”, with roller furling headsail and “in-mast” main furling.  Comfortable and easy to sail, this Passage 456 boasts an aft owner’s cabin with queen berth and head with shower and tub. She has a light and airy salon and gourmet galley with refrigerator/freezer (top/front load), microwave, stove with oven and lots of storage space for those long cruises. Air conditioning, generator, inverter and much, much more!  The interior varnish looks new as does her Yanmar and Kohler Genset. Deck and Hull
A modern underbody provides the performance while the innovative deck plan offers safe and easy sail handling, even when short-handed. Superb strength and integrity are achieved with a through-bolted hull to deck joint around the entire deck. A high-density vinyl rubrail is now being wrapped 360 degrees around the boat for added protection. The traveler is atop of the stainless arch which keeps the cockpit clear and safe. The center cockpit w/cushions is fully enclosed with strataglass and both sides also have screens.

Sails & rigging
A tall B & R Rig gives you the power in the mainsail, which is much easier to tame than a monster genoa. The optional Seldon In-Mast furling system adds to the ease. A 110% Pro Furl roller furled genoa is easily controlled from the cockpit. Lewmar ST winches, Spinlock, Harken, Selden and Whitlock are featured. Sails are in excellent condition.
