Emily Sue is an exceptional example of a very high end Taiwanese Motoryacht/ Trawler.  Built by Ta-Shing (builder of Nordhavn), Hi-Star was well regarded as a builder of highly engineered, hand crafted, heavily built boats.   She is loaded with beautiful solid teak, custom Corian counters everywhere you look and a spacious comfortable layout.   She features two helms, a side door from below and three staterooms each with a private head and shower.  

Emily Sue received a massive refit in 2003-2004 by her previous owner, where almost every system was customized and updated.  This extensive refit is apparent everywhere you look. 

Her current owner of the past five years has done an excellent job keeping her in great condition.  She is just fresh out of the boatyard with a perfectly smooth bottom, and a glossy hull.  She cruises 10 knots at 2000 RPM.

Interior:

 

Emily Sue offers an exceptionally roomy forward master stateroom, fitted with a queen size bed, dressing table, ample mirrors, opening hatch, closets and enclosed shower/head. Midship low is a full sized galley to port and dinette to starboard. Four steps lead up to the main salon with (2) exterior doors and opening side windows. A comfortable sofa is to starboard. Cabinets and entertainment center are to port. Moving aft, four steps down lead to two additional cabins, each with opening ports. Each feature their own private shower stall and enclosed head/vanity. There are (11) opening stainless ports and (3) opening hatches.

Above decks, the main attraction on Emily Sue is the massive sundeck area with wet bar.  Wide full walk around decks allow access for line handling at any point on the vessel. A hinged door on the transom allows access to the teak swim platform via a robust stainless ladder.   Walking up 3 stairs from the sundeck, there is a large helm area with plenty of cushioned seating and full length bimini top.
