Overview

SERIOUSLY FOR SALE- REDUCED BY $50K!! Motivated owner looking for offers!!

Vessel Overview

"FORTUNATE" is seriously for sale and ready for offers. Given the extensive work completed on this boat over the last decade or so she represents a value that far exceeds her asking price - especially in a boat of this size.

The 65 Johnson Motoryacht rivals any similar boat on the water in terms of style, space and performance. With a 22 knot cruise speed, she'll get you anywhere you need to go in short order, or at 10 knots, the range greatly improves efficiency placing far flung destinations well within reach.

Aft, lies private access to the massive full-beam master suite which is fit for a king, and the space allowed in the open floorplan of the salon, galley and dining area makes for an incredibly comfortable cruiser, or even liveaboard.

Below, forward, are the guest cabins. All en-suite and spacious in their own right, with updated heads and showers in each including beautiful tile work, rebuilt heads and new plumbing.

The forward VIP is a centerline queen, the port guest cabin has a twin and the starboard has an upper/lower bunk.

On deck, her large 19' beam provides a huge entertaining area in the cockpit, as well as the enclosed and air conditioned bridge,

She's truly such an incredibly well-rounded boat that is capable of successfully accommodating a wide range of needs. And with the laundry list of recent upgrades, improvements and continued care, "FORTUNATE" offers an opportunity to confidently move into a vessel in this size range, for a very nominal number.

Salon

The salon is incredibly spacious. Entering through the sliding Stainless Steel door, two steps down you find yourself in a large, open salon with a comfortable U-shaped couch to starboard, and a large entertainment center to port with large smart TV.

A small bar area forward to port rounds out the lower area, while up two steps to port is the dining area, and to starboard is the galley.

Dinette

The Dining area is to port with a 6-place settee, upholstered to compliment the Salon settee, with abundant storage below. A unique pedestal table with fold-out leaves for dining has three storage drawers within for additional galley storage.

Lower Helm

The lower Helm station is just forward of the Galley on the main deck, starboard side. The large wrap-around windshield provides excellent visibility. Equipment in this area includes:

Bridge

The flybridge is spacious and offers a nice L-shaped settee with table, incredibly large recessed sunpad aft beneath the arch, and helm with a comfortable Stidd captain's chair. The Custom Air Conditioned hardtop was installed, and there is a small fridge/Icemaker to port along with a wet bar including a covered sink and storage cabinet.

The bridge includes:

An upholstered headboard accents the full size queen centerline berth. Below the berth are two (2) drawers at the foot, accent rope lighting and additional storage under the mattress. Nightstands, port and starboard, are built-in with light switches and outlets, with an intercom on the starboard side. Storage is below each nightstand behind a single cabinet door. Each berth has a reading light and a storage shelf outboard. Inboard, the lower berth has a two (2) drawer nightstand with an intercom and a stereo unit. At the foot of each berth is a full size hanging locker with auto light.

There are two (2) brass swing-arm lamps, and two (2) transom mounted escape hatches with drapes behind the berth. Above are two reading lights. To starboard is a nightstand with intercom, light switches and a 110V outlet.

Curving to the outboard side is a cabinet with two (2) drawers, vanity with hinged top and dedicated lighting, and two (2) opening stainless steel portholes, rope accent lighting and full drapes. Moving forward is the entrance to the en suite head.

On the port side starting aft is a nightstand with the cabin & stereo unit, two cabinets with four (4) drawers within and a single opening stainless steel porthole with rope accent lighting and full drapes. An HDTV is installed on the bulkhead.

Next forward is a lockable walk-in hanging locker with two (2) opening stainless steel portholes and drapes.

On the forward bulkhead is the cabinet & entry door. Next outboard is the entrance to the en suite head.

Crew cabin

All the way forward is the surprisingly spacious deck-accessed Crew Cabin. A four (4) step teak and stainless steel ladder leads down from the Foredeck centerline. On either side of the ladder is a twin size single berth. Above each berth are two (2) storage cabinets forward, and an opening stainless steel porthole aft. Each berth has a reading light and additional storage underneath.

Aft is the Head with an electric toilet to port, and a vanity with storage below the stainless steel sink. The faucet has a hand held shower connection, and a shower curtain. The sole of the head has a teak grate drain panel.
