Accommodations
Deja Vu is a 2-cabin, one head layout as follows
From forward you will find a comfortable V-berth with a vanity and sink.  There is also a privacy panel that can be opened for air and light or closed when privacy is needed.
The main salon features a U-shaped dinette to starboard than can convert to a twin berth when the table is lowered.  There is a single settee across to port.
There is an outboard facing nav station to port just aft of the settee.  Across to starboard is the L-shaped galley with double stainless steel sinks facing forward, a 12V refrigerator with separate freezer as well as a 3-burner propane stove with oven facing outboard.  There is a built-in Goldstar microwave above the oven
The engine is easily accessed but the hinge up companionway stairs as well as an access panel in the aft cabin for the rear end.
The after cabin features and athwartships berth with standing headroom as you initially enter.  The head is to port with separate shower area and is accessible from the main salon as well as the aft cabin
The interior is in very nice condition - there are no signs of any water leaks or odors.  The is a multitude up storage cabinets, bins and drawers through.  Ample natural light is provided by the larged fixed windows as well as the opening hatches.  !2-volt lighting throughout.

The three large opening hatches (Two in salon and one in V-berth) are crazed (no leaks) as they all eventually do - but the owner has spent $2000 for three new Lewmar hatches - they just need to be installed.
The Deck has a very comfortable cockpit with walk thru transom allowing easy access to the swim platform.  There is a nice davit system with solar panels mounted about.  The cockpit has a full enclosure.  Cockpit wheel collapses allowing for more space while at anchor or entertaining at the dock.

All lines lead aft to the cockpit for safety and there is an electric windlass to ease anchoring duty.

Prior to the current owner purching the boat in 2024 the previous owner made these upgrades from 2021-2024:

• Hull is dived every month

Broker Remarks
Deja Vu - is a very nice Hunter 376.  She has had excellent care and many improvements since 2021.  Unfortunately, due to personal reasons, the current owner must sell.  As he has only sailed it maybe 6 times there are some questions he can't answer - such as the wattage of the solar panels, etc.  He does not want to sell the boat but currently it is not feasible with the current situation.  Someone is going to end up with a very nice, very comfortable cruising boat that is turn-key
