Blue Kite is a lovingly used, Helia Evolution Maestro catamaran. 

A one owner boat - subsequent to early years of light charter use, Blue Kite has been serving primarily as a vacation home for her owners, who have sailed her seasonally - primarily in the Caribbean - from her base in her slip in St Thomas. The boat has been lightly sailed, and continuously and meticulously maintained, by the owners who have consistently refurbished and upgraded the boat, as needed to meet their high standards. 

 The owners have enjoyed the boat for 9 years, but have decided that it is time to move to a larger boat. So they have put the boat on the market.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Designed for maximum living space and boasting beautiful natural light throughout its interior. This elegant and luxuriously appointed catamaran also delivers a dynamic performance at sea. Immerse yourself in the panoramic 360° views made possible by the expansive saloon windows and integrated mast foot. Marvel at the responsive handling in the spacious helm station, or surrender your cares as you relax in the cockpit or on the indulgent lounge.

The owner will enjoy the protected steering station on the flybridge. The height provides excellent visibility and is connected directly to the cockpit for easy movement. The helmsman's seat can accommodate three persons and just a few steps up takes you to the lounge deck. This is the perfect space for sunning and enjoying the views. An Electric winche at the helm makes sailing a breeze.

The spacious cockpit features a large dining table and bench seating for 8-10 comfortably. Drop down sunshades surround the cockpit to protect your crew. Indoor and outdoor living spaces are well integrated with the galley opening onto the cockpit without a step between the two areas, creates a large space for entertaining. A handy cockpit fridge makes a convenient place to store drinks.

The saloon is modern, luminous and airy with wrap around windows offering a panoramic view. Blue Kite features two custom folding bistro tables that convert instantly into a single full size interior dining table. The forward-facing navigation station is a great place for the captain to do his work. The U-shaped galley is well equipped with a three-burner stove, convection microwave oven, a modern two drawer stainless steel refrigerator, a separate freezer, ice maker, and generous storage. Also, enjoy the 70" HD Projection TV and integrated home theatre audio system in the saloon area. Sliding doors adjoin the galley and cockpit, making it easy to pass food and drinks through.

Each cabin has a queen size bed with private ensuite head and separate shower compartment. All 3 Cabins have excellent natural light and ventilation, air conditioning and ample storage space. 
The voluminous owner's stateroom is fit for a king, with a huge shower, and separate head.
