Layout
CeceliaAnn is a beautiful Catalina 445 featuring a 3-cabin and 2 head layout as follows:

Forward is a well appointed stateroom featuring an island style queen berth with an innerspring mattress with the head of the berth able to elevate to view a TV or for comfortable reading, a Cedar lined hanging locker with louvered door for ventilation and cabinets to starboard with a settee.  

To port is the forward head with a large shower stall with a seat and curtain.  The head features an electric toilet, stainless steel sink with storage below.  The is additional storage underneath the berth.  There are also multiple lights as well as new charging ports for wireless devices.  
There are two hatches and two opening ports providing natural light and ventilation

Traveling aft you will find the main salon.  The salon shows a U-shaped settee to port and a straight settee to starboard (covered with Sunbrella "white").  The port settee can convert to a berth and features a beautifully varnished table that easily converts from a cocktail table to a full dinning table with 4 fold-out leaves.

The starboard settee also doubles as a berth or can be converted two two comfortable, contoured seats (drawers below) with a cocktail table between them - other features including multiple storage cabinets to port and starboard, three drawers to starboard, underneath the TV, Samsung 32" flat screen TV, two large fixed windows and 3 overhead hatches as well as opening ports, multiple overhead lights as well as new 12V Caframo Sirocco II fans on a dedicated circuit (five total throughout the boat - $600)

The forward facing, sit down nav station is to starboard  The chart table was designed to easily accommodate a computer and has drawers and file drawers.  The AC/DC distribution panel and two battery switches as well as the electric winch breaker, bilge alarm and map light.  The seat features new Sunbrella Marine "white" ($4,000)

Aft to port is the L-shaped galley.  The galley is optimized for convenience and use at sea.  Special attention is paid to storage , such as the pantry with vinyl coated wire racks and special lockers for canned goods, bottles and cookware.

 There is a double stainless steel, forward facing sink with new Moen faucet - storage below..  Outboard is a 3-bruner propane "Gourmet" stove with oven and removable countertop piece for added space.  There is also a stainless steel Isotherm, front loading, under counter refrigerator/freezer, microwave oven, top loading freezer, multiple storage cabinets and drawers.  All dishes and flatware is included

Across from the galley, to starboard, is the aft head featuring an electric toilet with new sanitary lines (Raritan Sani/Flex hose is the most flexible marine grade hose on the market), sink with storage below and an opening port.  The head can be accessed from the main cabin as well as the aft cabin

The starboard aft cabin features an angled berth with an inner spring mattress, hanging locker, which contains the aft air conditioning until as well as storage below.  There are multiple overhead lights and rear access to the engine  
The port aft cabin is a flexible space, designed to be easily converted for your cruising needs without tools or additional parts.  The cabin is nicely finished and can be used as a guest cabin with either a double berth or upper and lower singles.  When not needed for guests, it can be converted to a locker with work bench and storage bins.

• Marvair (Dometic) 115V 16,000BTU air conditioner in the salon
• New Micro Air Easy Start 364.  The Micro Air Easy Start 364 ASY-364-X20-IP is one of the most advanced and effective soft starters for al A/C applications.  It uses a 4-part start ramp sequence that is self-optimizing, resulting in the lowest possible start-up current.  This delivers a 65-75% start current reduction compared to a compressor's LRA (locked-rotor amperage).  The Easy Start also has numerous specialized fault checks not found in any other soft starter providing even further protection for your compressor ($500)
