1. This Lagoon 46 has the upgraded hard top, that was fitted by Lagoon in their factory. 
2. As well as the above, it has a full set of "clears" or "weather enclosures" that totally encapsulate the flybridge area and make for a very comfortable helm area, with great visibility.

Large wardrobe of sails including: a new 2025 square top Ullman mainsail; Code D furling gennaker (fully furling on separate halyard position - good for winds up to 20knots from 80 to 140 degrees); Oxley Levante (like a parasailor, with vented section and a snuffer - for light winds up to 17 knots and wind angles from 140 degrees starboard to 140 degrees port); Oxley Bora (like a parasailor, with vented section and snuffer - for winds up to as much as you can handle, from 140 degrees to port to 140 degrees to starboard).
4. Very rare Lagoon 46 upgrade of a second set of engine controls at the salon navigation station. This upgrade is so rare because of the cost, at $16KUSD only a handful of boats select it. This great feature allows you to control the engines from the comfort and safety of the salon, while the autopilot control unit allows steerage. With all these engines being digital engine controls (i.e. no traditional push/pull cables) having a spare set is an essential option every sailor will feel better to have.

This extremely well-maintained 2021 but 2022 model Lagoon 46 is the much sought after Owner Version that has all the comforts to make it your perfect home on the water. This catamaran has never been chartered and has thoughtful options that ensure reliability, livability and a healthy cruising performance. 

The boat features a spacious owners cabin on the starboard side and two cabins on the port side, providing comfortable accommodation for three couples. All cabins feature queen-sized beds, private ensuites with electric flush toilets and large windows affording outstanding views.

The galley has a large sized 4-ring gas hob and 30 litre oven. There are 3 fridge freezers in the saloon and one in the cockpit. There is a washer for convenience on long cruises. 

The boat has Corian work surfaces in the galley and bathrooms, curtains and quality slatted bed bases. The upholstery is an elegant beige and incudes cushions for the cockpit, forward sun deck and flybridge.  The saloon table drops down for an extra double berth or lounging.  There is a Fusion music system, television and Maritime Starlink. 

The cockpit and flybridge have full sun/rain covers and courtesy lighting making it easier to climb on board at night. The cockpit's large teak folding table and ingenious sliding bench seat can accommodate up to 10 people.
