Estate Sale!

FANTASEA was purchased in the spring of 2022. A Full Pre-Purchase Survey was done at that time by a Sun Coast Marine SAMS Surveyor and A Mechanical Survey was Done By Ring Power, Caterpillar. These surveys will be provided at the time of showing to Serious Buyers.

I did not represent either party at this sale and  was not present during the survey.

Buyers' are strongly encouraged to Hire Their Own Surveyors To Determine the Current Condition of FANTASEA.

• Twin 3208 Cats @425 hp per side w/ 2310 and 2312 hours on Meter
• 16 kw Kohler Generator w/ 4898 hours on Meter
• Mains and Generator were started and run on 7/15/2024
• Mains started immediately, ran smoothly and per mechanic on board  "NO Blow Bye at Idle". Generator Started immediately, ran smoothly, and powered the electrical.

• (4) Reverse Cycle Marine Air Conditioning w/ Heat
• The Exterior and Interior were just Buffed and Cleaned 7/15/2024
• Interior Carpets were Cleaned by Stanley Steamer 7/19/2024 (Stains are still present)

Master Stateroom and Head:

The full beam spacious master stateroom aft offers a centerline queen berth, ensuite head and a built in desk and separate makeup table with mirror and lights and a large volume of storage cabinets to starboard in the space. To port is additional storage cabinets and a large mirrored double door hanging locker. Forward are even more storage cabinets. Additional features include 9 large opening windows with curtains, built in night stands and a carpeted sole.

The ensuite head is forward to starboard in the cabin and features a Vacuflush toilet, Corian Vanity with under counter mounted sink, Storage Cabinet, Separate Shower Stall with 3/4 tub.

Forward Stateroom and Head:

The guest stateroom is forward in the bow and offers a centered queen berth, under berth storage drawers and a large hanging locker to starboard. Additional features include a portlight on both port and starboard, overhead hatch and carpeted sole.

The ensuite guest head features a vanity with corian counter top, under counter mounted sink, storage cabinet, mirror, medicine cabinet, Vacuflush toilet and separate shower stall.
