The Hatteras 67 Cockpit Motor Yacht, Glenmark IV is a one owner boat purchased new in 1988 that is in excellent cosmetic and mechanical condition. She has had bottom blister repair, new headliners installed, rebuilt engines, and new generators just to name a few of many upgrades the owner has completed over the years. Descriptions

This is a wonderful, owner/operator layout. The 67 CMY remains one of the most versatile and popular layouts ever offered by Hatteras Yachts. The flybridge deck has U-Shaped lounges, tender /davit and a full helm station. Main deck has large helm open to the salon, Port and Starboard side doors to the decks, a large main salon with lot's of windows, an aft door leading to the very large aft deck with full wet bar with ice maker, full walk around decks, and a full cockpit. Lower deck has forward stateroom, galley and dinette, generator room beneath galley floor, guest stateroom, laundry area, twin walk in engine rooms and owner's stateroom all the way aft. All staterooms have in suite heads.

Salon:

Very generous salon with large opening windows, enlarged rear window, comfortable L-Shaped sofas, two barrel style chairs, glass topped cocktail and matching end tables, lamps and a built in TV behind helm seats.
