Katy Two is a one of a kind Gulfstar 49 motor yacht owned by the designer, Mr. Lazzara, himself.  She is custom built with two staterooms, two heads, a good sized office with settee adjacent to the master suite, and the only Gulfstar 49 with full walkaround deck.  (See photos in Gallery.) 1985 Gulfstar 49 Motor Yacht Accommodations

From aft deck enter salon through French doors.  There is a surround sound stereo system and easy chair to port, a settee to starboard, and a wet bar, ice maker, and flat screen TV forward to port.  There is a door leading to the bridge forward to starboard.  Head forward to a full galley to port and dining area to starboard.  The galley has a full size refrigerator, large stainless steel sink, dishwasher, four burner stove, and microwave.  From the dining area heading aft, take four steps down to an office with settee and a head to port.  Heading aft from the office is the master stateroom with walkaround queen berth, large flatscreen TV, two settees, two hanging closets, two dressers, and many storage areas.  The master head with standup shower is slightly forward to port.  From the galley heading forward take four steps down to the VIP stateroom with a walkaround double berth and a head to starboard with stand up shower.
