  • Electronics/Chart plotter system was upgraded on this boat to Lowrance HDS-9 that integrates the RADAR and Autopilot systems as well.  
  • Also equipped with an Em-Trak AIS Class B Transceiver
• More recent notable work follows below but detailed maintenance and repair records are available since June 2012 showing that this boat has been very well cared for by all 3 owners.

Updated Sea Ray 340 Sundancer

In 2003 Sea Ray hit all the right buttons with the introduction of the sleek and stylish 340 Sundancer.  There have been several 340 Sundancer models in the Sea Ray lineup in prior years each of which has dominated the market in sales and owner popularity.  The updated version is wider in the beam than her predecessor with a newly designed cockpit and increased transom dead rise.

Accommodations

Stepping below through a companionway slightly offset to port, the Sundancer 340's elegant open-plan interior is a rich blend of dark cherrywood cabinets, earth-tone wall coverings and posh Ultraleather upholster. Privacv curtains separate the fore and aft berths from the salon and the well-designed galley has more counter space than most cruisers this size.

Cockpit

The single-level cockpit features a big U-shaped settee/dinette (with removable cocktail table) aft, wet bar with refrigerator, and twin captain's seats at the helm. A canvas bimini on a tall stainless frame covers the entire cockpit . A canvas tonneau cover protects the cockpit.  An electric hatch lifts to reveal the 340's (compact) engine compartment. The transom storage locker is a handy feature for storing electrical cords, hoses, lines and fenders.
