WALK THROUGH TOUR

Admire this Great Harbour GH37 from the dock. Step aboard at aft cockpit to realize the comfort and spaciousness throughout this great liveaboard and long term cruising trawler!

Admire the spacious aft cockpit fully enclosed with large screened windows inserted in isinglass. This lovely screened in porch is great place to relax at dock, anchor or underway. Two large cabinets offer great storage.  Open deck hatch to access steering gear and rudder posts. Open aft door to large full length swim platform and note heavy duty folding swim ladder.

Move forward and open large French doors to salon. Go down 1 step into large 15' wide salon. Note lovely tongue and groove ivory paneling with mahogany trim throughout interior. Inside salon, Turn to starboard for L shaped settee that could double as single berth. Turn to port to observe large serving window that opens to galley with folding countertop and high bench seats for casual eating. Observe desk along port hull. Pull out center section and unfold full dining table. Open sole hatch for large walk-in access to engine room.

Proceed forward around serving window. Move 3 steps down to U-shaped galley. Appreciate the huge counter workspace and cabinet storage. Turn aft for deep double stainless steel sinks with wand faucet. Move toward port hull for 4 burner electric stovetop with convection oven underneath. Turn forward to see full size refrigerator with french doors and freezer underneath.

Leave galley and move to starboard. Open door to office with lovely wood cabinetry and cedar hanging locker. This stateroom can also be converted to twin over/under bunks. Turn forward for guest/day head with vacuflush marine toilet, vanity with sink and walk in shower.

Leave side cabin and move forward. Open large cabinet alongside steps to bridge for stacked washer and dryer. Walk around steps and open pocket door to very spacious master suite. Turn starboard to note electrical panel and double hanging locker. Observe queen island berth surrounded on both sides by large cabinet storage.Turn aft for sink in vanity cabinet with mirror. Turn to port and enter head with vacuflush marine toilet and tub/shower.

Exit master suite and proceed up 5 steps to pilothouse. Look around to appreciate all the fresh air ventilation via large opening windows aft and on each side and opening side doors to decks. Turn aft for large L-shaped settee with raised bunk aft. Note the folding center table for easy movement around settee. Turn forward to appreciate the well organized helm with large comfortable captain's chair. Note all navigation electronics are within easy reach and view. Look all around to appreciate the captain's full 360º view, and aft facing camera viewed via monitor.

Open door on either side of pilothouse to side and aft decks and foredeck. Proceed forward through Portuguese bridge gate, noting large lazarettes with seating on its forward wall. Move forward to bow pulpit. Note dual anchors with chain secured through separate electric windlasses. See windlass foot controls and anchor locker on either side of bow pulpit.

Move aft through Portuguese bridge along either port or starboard side deck. Note gate that opens to movable ladder to dock. Continue aft along side deck to aft deck. Turn forward to notice 2 large lazarettes aside mast post that folds down. Look up for mast mounted antennas, camera, radar, radar reflector, spotlights. Turn aft to appreciate electric hoist to launch your dinghy mounted on aft deck. (Note no dinghy or outboard is included in this sale.)

ACCOMMODATIONS

This Great Harbor GH37 offers all the features of a larger trawler with some very unique bonuses. Entire interior has mahogany trim on ivory tongue and groove paneling for a very nautical look. Huge full width isinglass enclosed cockpit is a great place for relaxing in warm or cooler temperatures. Large salon is full width of vessel, with settee to starboard, dinette/desk to port and serving window to galley with fold out counter and high stools for casual snacks and meals. Starboard private office has full length mahogany desk and shelves, and cedar lined hanging locker. Guest/day head with walk-in shower is accessed via this office. Stacked washer and dryer in cabinet aside steps to bridge. Master suite is forward of steps and assumes almost 1/2 of the lower level - full width to bow. Island queen berth is surrounded by vast mahogany cabinets and desks. Master vanity has sink, cabinet and mirror outside of private head with tub/shower. Great views from pilothouse for guests sitting on large L-shaped settee with folding table or raised berth aft, as well as captain in large comfortable chair. Doors on each side to foredeck, side decks and aft deck.
