Accommodations

Starting aft: This Jeanneau 45 has the three cabin layout which sleeps 7 people. The aft cabins can be converted into one huge aft cabin with the easy removal of the centerline bulk head. Each large guest cabin has its own hanging locker and bureau as well as storage outboard of the full sized berths. Each mattress in the boat is equipped with a factory provided fitted premium mattress cover/pad.

On the port side moving forward is the aft head and vanity with a nice shower with hot/cold pressurized water and nice storage.

To starboard is the L shaped galley with ample storage and counter space. There is a very large separate Frigoboat K50F keel cooled top loading freezer with its own cold plate (compressor and keel cooler new in 2017) . There's also a huge Frigoboat K35 Air Cooled refrigerator with its own cold plate. The refrigerator is top loading like the freezer, but it also has a front loading stainless door for easy access to frequently used items. Cooking is easy with a ENO 4 burner propane stove and oven. There is a double stainless steel sink and stainless faucet as well as a glass backsplash to protect the seating forward of the sink.

The well designed Nav Station is across from the galley. It has a nice sized chart table with storage all around. The 12Vdc and 115Vac electrical panels w/breakers are at the forward facing Nav Station.

The beautiful and very comfortable main salon is appointed with ultra leather upholstery. The U shaped dining settee surrounds a perfect teak table with two flip up sections. On the port side there is a nice settee with storage behind.

The Webasto Diesel heater has duct work throughout. Air Conditioning can be added to duct work.

Forward of the Salon is a large master stateroom with a centerline queen bed, an ensuite head with a nice separate shower stall and manual head. There is tons of storage in the master as well as a large hanging locker.
