Truly a genuine Bluewater cruiser with a proven semi-displacement hull design that has a fine entry at the bow and full length skeg keel. 

Accommodations

The guest stateroom is forward with large hanging closet and separate head with shower. Up three steps aft to roomy salon. Up Galley is on the port side and the lower helm is on the starboard side. Aft through salon to dinette and settee. Doors access the decks on both the port and starboard sides. Interior is luxurious teak with famed quality. Plenty of storage and light throughout the salon. Aft down three steps to master stateroom with Island Queen berth. Separate head is to port and to starboard is the shower stall. Up three steps aft through door to cockpit. Up to large flybridge with excellent visibility.

Galley

The Grand Banks 42 offers a galley for the gourmet at sea. The "up" arrangement offers a panoramic view of surroundings as food is prepared. Drop down dish lockers are installed above the counter. The galley is just a step away from the teak drop-leaf table..
