General Description

Tigresa is a vessel ready to sail. This two-owner catamaran, never been chartered.  has been well maintained and equipped for the long haul. The standing rigging was inspected and upgraded in 2020. The running rigging is in great shape. The sail inventory of: full mainsail, with lazy jack, jib, screecher and an asymmetrical spinnaker will take you where you want to go. The Primus air Wind Tubine and dual solar panels provide the electrical power needed to live on the hook.

There is a portable Honda generator and air conditioner on board for those nights when you need them.

The galley has twin deep stainless steel sinks, a three burner stove/oven combo - a out side grill is included- a large built-in freezer/ refrigerator.

This owner layout provides a hull that has a large head and shower, galley and forward state room, the other hull has two state room and a head.

The saloon is large and rooming and a step from the cockpit that has the helm that is located on the port side bulkhead. It has two cockpit tables with wings that allows free movement under sail but provides a relaxing place for fresco dining.

 

Broker Note

I have sold two Lagoon 37's in the last 18 months. This boat is the best maintained and equipped that I have listed. This is a estate sale. This man sailed. The boat is geared and set to go. Condition of the rigging, and hull are in very fine condition with the standing rigging  being inspected and replaced in the last 8 months.

The Perkin engines are in working condition, They are original and have high hours on them. They have been well maintained. The electronics are in good working condition but also show their age. 

For these reasons the Estate has agreed to a $99,000 listing price. making it below market value. So if you are looking for a cat that you can move aboard and be gone this is the vessel.
