The 44' Beneteau Oceanis is a tireless cruiser designed to deliver comfort and stability with it's high performance hull."La Danza"is equally capable of Island hopping or longer ocean voyages. A 3 bladed folding Maxie prop.She has 2 Air conditioning systems and a fresh water maker. Descriptions

This is a one of a kind Beneteau because of the way she is cared for. All of her sails,  cushions, and all bedding have been removed and stored in air conditioning every year that the current owner has owned her. They are the second owners of this beautiful yacht and they spared no expense in upgrades or maintenance. The boat is hauled out of the water waxed, pressure cleaned and bottom painted. Then stored out of the water every summer. There is a maintains log of all work preformed. I don't believe there is a nicer or more well cared for 44' Beneteau Oceanis on the market today.

As you step down out of the center cockpit into the main salon, there is a large dining table to the port side, It will convert to sleeping quarters for at least two. There is built in seating for two on the starboard side opposite the table.Just aft of the seating area is the navigation station that is nicely equipped.Moving forward, you have a Head and shower to starboard. Directly across from the head you have a single berth with lots of storage. Stillmoving forward you enter the large vee berth and more storage.Both the forward sleeping quarters have Trava sack sleep systems, with one side for winter and one side for summer months. Moving aft through the main salon just past the nav. station on the starboard side you find the galley. With a beautiful 2 burner stove and oven, Fridge and freezer in one hole and on the other side of the stainless double sink, you have another freezer hole. There is lots of storage in the galley for all your provisions needed for your next adventure. It also comes with all the plates and cups with the Beneteau insignia. Moving aft through the galley you come to the large rear stateroom. Where you will find a center line queen bed, and more storage on either side. Moving to the port side the leads to the large private head and shower.there is access to the engine compartment under the steps leading to the cockpit and through a compartment in the aft stateroom. With 11 opening ports with screens and 6 large hatches with screens, you get great ventilation while anchored in your favorite cove.
