A good looking and well maintained rare sedan trawler. She comes with a complete teak interior finish and walkaround decks. Built on a solid fiberglass hull with a flared bow and fitted with twin 85 HP Lehmans, and with recently installed new fuel tanks ( 340 gallons total ) she's ready for the long adventure. This trawler comes complete with a Onan 7.5kw generator, (1)16,000 BTU and (1) 7000 BTU Mermaid Air a/c units, dual control helm stations with hydraulic steering and one year old bottom paint. A few of her amenities also include a huge bimini top (new canvas), mini blinds for the windows, 13" television w/antenna, and a 275 gallon fresh water system.

This great little trawler will make a fantastic liveaboard capable of comfortably cruising the Bahamas, The Great Loop or Florida Keys!

Accomodations and Specifications

Accommodations
Boarding via the wide covered side decks, the salon is entered through either the aft door, or the starboard doorway at the lower helm. As a sedan configuration, the layout provides for plenty of light and spaciousness. Port is a large sofa which converts to sleeping accommodations and a beautiful teak trimmed hi-lo table for entertaining or dining. Stbd. is a large settee completing the generous seating and offering lots of storage underneath. Forward port is the galley and stbd., an entertainment center with TV, ice maker, and ample storage. Forward stbd. is the lower helm. Forward center is the companionway down to the cabin area. Just to stbd. is the head which features a Raritan electric toilet, tiled sole, wet shower and ss sink with granite counter, porthole, exhaust fan, mirror and medicine cabinet. Opposite the head to port is the guest cabin featuring upper and lower berths, separate air conditioning controls, mirror, overhead and nightstand lighting, 2 110v outlets, and as with the owner's cabin, teak soles. Full forward is the owner's cabin. Here we find a v-berth, overhead hatch, forepeak access, mirror, hanging locker, Sentry A446 CO detector, 2 portholes, and a 110v outlet.

 

 


Galley
The galley has everything you'll need for a weekend or a week's cruise. It features a Norcold fridge/freezer 12v/110, large double ss sink, Wedgewood 4 burner gas stove with oven, Sharpe Carousel microwave oven, mini blinds and overhead lights for plenty of lighting, and lots of counter space and storage.

The electronics package includes new instrument gauges up and down, an '07 Simrad AP14H autopilot with 2 remotes, New GPS Lowrance 10" FB (lower), new GPS Lowrance 7 1/2" FB (upper) Global Map 7500C depth sounder, chart plotter display interfaced to lower, new Standard Horizon VHF (lower), Standard Horizon VHF (upper), 2 new GPS antennas, 2 VHF antennas (one new), and an am/fm stereo w/speakers for your listening pleasure.

 

 


Mechanical
Out front there is a bow pulpit with roller for (2) 22lb Danforth anchors with 15' of galvanized chain and 300' of 5/8 nylon rode. In the lazarette is the emergency steering tiller receptacle, the hydraulic steering actuator, and the auto pilot drive unit. Down below, we find new fuel pumps (06), rebuilt steering, new hoses and fasteners, new oil filters, clamps, and hoses, and 2 Mermaid Air units - an '07 7000 BTU and an '03 16000BTU. We also have new aluminum fuel tanks, and a new port shaft. The vessel is equipped with a 7.5 KW Onan generator

 

 

 


Deck Equipment
On deck (top to bottom) we have a bimini top, tinted plexiglass sun screen, plexiglass wind screen, port and stbd. bench seats, pedestal mounted helm seat, painted teak handrails, ss steering wheel, Ritchie compass, dual Morse clutch and throttle controls, 4 Type 1 life jackets, 2 Type 2 life jackets, re-glassed upper deck, teak ladder to cockpit, '07 Awlgrip paint on superstructure, and painted teak handrails all around. All windows have been removed, reworked and recaulked, railings removed, re-embedded, and reinstalled. There are (3) windshield wipers, (2) Hubbell 30a 120v shore power connectors, (2) 50' shore power cords, sea water washdown, cable TV shore connector, non-skid deck finish all around, a teak transom platform, and a bronze transom step.
