Mainsail has a Dutchman flaking/reef system. Mast step has been rebuilt with a drain so water does not pool under the mast. Bottom has been peeled and epoxy barrier coated. The Yanmar has approx. 300 hours after complete rebuild. Two props, feathering 3-blade Kiwi-Prop and fixed 3-blade. Anchoring system includes an electric windlass w/deck and cockpit controls, wash down pump w/flush deck fitting. Included is a 45lb plow, guardian aluminum and Fortress FX-37 ($460.00 Value) anchors, 200ft 5/16" HT chain w/200ft 5/8 nylon, 60ft 5/16" HT w/200ft 5/8" nylon. Six ports have been replaced with high quality stainless ports from New Found Metals. Safety gear includes: EPIRB, (2) 9mm flare guns, CARD radar detector, harnesses, SSB SEA 222 with automatic tuner and insulated back-stay, 4 person offshore life raft, Para-tech sea anchor with rode and chain.
