Overview
The C & C Landfall 38 was a cruising boat ahead of her time when she hit the market 28 years ago. Bright, nimble, fast, and low maintenance, with an innovative interior layout but classic lines; she was a bit of an enigma alongside many of the full keel teak farms that were the rage at that time. In the 21st century she is being rediscovered by a new generation of cruisers looking for an affordable, go anywhere performance cruising yacht. If you are one of those cruisers you owe it to yourself to view this well equipped, well cared for example of C&C's cruising craftsmanship

AccommodationsThe C&C Landfall 38 has a true 3 cabin configuration that is a practical departure from many other vessels in her class. Fine teak joinery combined with white laminate accents make for a delightfully bright but still traditional interior feel. Four overhead hatches and four dorades provide plenty of ventilation that can flow through the entire boat through rattan bulkhead vents. The private forward cabin features a v-berth arrangement with a hanging locker and multiple drawers and storage areas. The salon has settees that convert to single berths port and starboard with storage behind, a drop leaf central table and more drawer storage on the starboard side. Aft of the port settee is the spacious galley. A stainless steel grab bar separates the galley fron the salon providing excellent handholds while keeping the galley open to the salon area. The aft galley bulkhead allows for wall mounted cabinets, providing an unusually large amount of easily acessible storage. Opposite the galley is a large head with shower and Lavac toilet.
Further aft is the rear facing navigation station to starboard, double berth to port, and centerline companionway with handy storage drawers below. A teak privacy door closes this entire aft cabin off from the salon/galley.
