Accommodations
She has the classic two stateroom design, with all teak interior with the galley-up on the port side and L-shaped convertible settee on starboard. Both staterooms have private heads, the forward head has a shower and the aft head has a tub/shower combination and vacu-flush head.

The aft cabin has a queen-plus mattress on the centerline walk around queen base. Forward cabin has two vee berths with full head w/shower.

Galley/Salon
The galley-up is constructed with beautiful teak cabinetry. Albin's have ample counter space with deep ss sinks, 3 burner electric stove with full oven below, under counter refrigerator/freezer and ice maker.

The salon settee has a hi-low table which drops down to make a full berth for two or can set six when raised. The salon is also great if you're tall as there is 6'5" standing headroom.

In the salon, just forward of the settee, is a full lower helm with all electronics. Deck access doors are located on each side of the salon for ease of access around the outside deck. The floor of the salon is teak parquet throughout.

Up to date Raymarine RL70 CRC & chart plotter with radar which is integrated with the autopilot and is operational from either the flybridge or lower helm. The electronics listed with an "*" will operate from both the lower station and the flybridge.

Deck and Hull Equipment
Well maintained teak decks and bright-work over fiberglass. Vetus bow thruster. New bottom job in 2005. Davits on stern with 9' hard bottom dingy powered by a 2005 Mercury 8hp outboard.

3 station windlass with CQR anchor, 70' chain and 200' line. She comes with all lines, fenders, life jackets and much more.

Mechanical & Engine Room
Propulsion is provided by a single Cummins 210hp diesel with only 1600 hours. She cruises at 7 knots while sipping 2 1/2 gals/hour. The genset is a 6kW Westerbeke with 460 hours. Both fuel tanks were cleaned and inspected in 2006. She contains a built-in fuel polishing system.

Flybridge
The flybridge has has a bimini and full enclosure (2 years old) plus a separate helm cover. The flybridge includes an electric built-in refrigerator and a portable refrigerator/freezer so you don't need ice when at the helm.

A great feature for making the Great Loop is the fold down mast. Look at the attached pictures to see the custom made mast hinge. To raise and lower the mast, there is an electric winch installed under the flybridge helm which makes going under the bridges much easier..
