Design and Construction
Complete construction in core PVC sandwich composite,including bulkheads. Core is PVC foam unidirectional fiber.Extra reinforcements in bow,bottom and rear sections. Mast-main-bulkhead in carbon fiber composite. Chainplate areas reinforced with Kevlar. All this makes an exceptionally strong and light structure with a long expected service life. Class 1 ocean going unsinkable catamaran, with 4 watertight collision bulkheads and escape hatch. Asymmetrical hulls with retractable dagger boards.Bulbous bows to minimize pitching.
