The Catalina 380 has been a very popular cruising / live aboard boat since its introduction. All aspects of this boat are spacious: cockpit, owner's stateroom, galley, main salon etc.

Accommodations
The owner's stateroom is aft with a center-line queen berth. Two doors provide access;one to the head and one to the galley/main salon. Settees,an opening hatch and storage are to port and starboard, with a vanity w/mirror above the engine compartment.

The aft head is starboard, adjacent to the companionway ladder and has a separate shower stall.

The nav station is forward of the head and is opposite the galley to port.

The spacious main salon has a six foot settee to starboard and is opposite a U-shaped settee around a pedestal mounted table that drops to convert to a double berth. A 27" LG flatscreen TV with built in DVD player is mounted on the forward bulkhead. Seven foot headroom in salon, galley, head.

The forward cabin has a comfortable V-berth for two persons, storage, overhead opening hatch and a vanity w/sink en-suite.

The cockpit is large with six foot seats on both sides and a custom helm chair mounted aft of the helm station. The helm seat is easily removed to allow walk through access to the swim platform. Instruments are mounted on the pedestal.

The cockpit is protected by a bimini and dodger. Side plexiglass panels with zip out screen sections provide protection and comfort.Sunbrella covers are installed on all ports, hatches and the dodger panels.

Brokers Comments
The boat was originally purchased for use on the Great Lakes. Owner brought the boat to Florida in 2003.

The slip is available for continued rental ;very desireable location in Naples.
