This is a nice Gemini that includes the factory deluxe package: davits,screen cockpit enclosure, double pilot seat, pleated blinds, 12Vdc fans, 16,500 BTU reverse cycle air conditioner. She has been fully serviced and also comes with an extensive spares and extras inventory which I've listed in the full specs page. She even has an electric anchor windlass that is remotely operated from the helm!

Fun, affordable, comfortable cat cruising! All systems operational and maintained. Sails are in great shape and protected! Current owner is original owner who bought her new, factory direct in 7/02. She has cruised the Florida Keys and the Bahamas and is ready to go again. She is outfitted with safety and comfort in mind. The very shallow 18" (inch) draft will make exploring the islands a breeze! Imagine being able to anchor in water so shallow that you can WADE to the beach from your cat!

The inside is expansive, light and airy with 6'3" headroom. Her layout easily accommodates 6 adults and has great storage both inside and out. She is also equipped with an extra 100 gal water tank which is mounted in the salon and is shown in the pictures.

As you enter the salon, you see an expansive interior with great ventilation (6'3" standing headroom). The dinette has been modified for the addition of a 100 gal water tank (which could easily be removed to bring her to the original design). The galley is to starboard along with entry to the beautiful master cabin and starboard aft cabin. To port, is the entry to the head, nav station and additional aft cabin. Extensive amounts of storage are located under both sides of the dinette seating.
