This Krogen Manatee hull #99 and was the last Manatee produced. She is in GREAT shape and the care that owner has given to her shows. The current owner has spent over $50K in upgrades including the addition of STABILIZERS!! These boats are known as one of the roomiest 36' boats afloat since the interior space is carried the full beam width and well forward. She is the very popular single stateroom version. Accommodations
You enter the salon from the cockpit and one of the first things you'll notice is the amount of usable living space. Standing headroom on 6'4" to 6'5" throughout. The teak paneled salon uses the entire beam width since there are no sidedecks outside. There is a large settee with folding dining table on port (which drops to make a berth) and two individual chairs and custom built-in hutch on starboard. Moving forward the galley on the same level and on port. The head/shower are opposite the galley. Forward of the galley and head is the master suite with a center line queen bed surrounded by teak accents. This layout with all of the living area on one level adds even more to the sense of spaciousness of the Manatee.

Galley
The large U-shaped galley has many improvements. It contains a 3-burner Princess propane stove. An upgraded GE 12 cu. ft. front opening refrigerator. The sink has been upgraded to a corian-type single sink with improved European faucet with sprayer extension. There is a large storage area built into the counter top which wraps around the galley and cabinets above the counter for even more storage. There is even a custom wine/bottle holder built into the wall.

Deck, Hull and Equipment
She is constructed of a fully cored displacement hull with a wide beam, relatively shallow draft and hard chines aft. Bottom paint was removed and the bottom re-barrier coated and painted by the current owner. A new rubber rub rail has been installed.

Upgraded pilothouse is totally enclosed with tinted, safety glass and has a great settee to share the bridge with your friends. Standing headroom of 6'2" in flybridge.

She is powered by a 100 hp Volvo TMD31BT which has had a recent rebuild. Total hours on the hour meter are 1078. The genset is a Westerbeke model 5.0BCD which is a 5 kW and is in a sound enclosure. The engine on the genset also has a recent rebuild and the hour meter shows 786 hours.

Brokers Comments
Krogen made 99 of these spacious cruisers and this was the last one produced. The boat is in great shape and with the addition of the Niaid stabilizers will give a very comfortable passage. Also note that she is powered by the 100 HP Volvo (many models came with 50 HP and 90 HP engines). The owner has taken exceptional care of this boat which is shown. Make sure not to miss this one.
